About Dr. Clark

Dr. Ashley Clark is a board-certified oral pathologist currently serving as the President of CAMP Laboratory in Indianapolis, Indiana after a nearly decade-long career serving as an oral pathologist in academia.

She is on the Professional Board for Oral Cancer Cause and Digital Dental Notes and the Advisory Board for General Dentistry.

Dr. Clark has won several teaching awards, has provided over 350+ continuing education courses, and has authored more than 50 publications and book chapters. She is a member of the American and International College of Dentists.

Background and Credentials

Dr. Clark completed her dental school training at Indiana University. She then went to complete an oral pathology residency at University of Florida where she was selected as chief resident in her final year.

After residency, Dr. Clark started her career in academia, where she served in different capacities including Division Chief, Associate Dean, Laboratory Director, and Residency Director. She was also the nominee or recipient for numerous teaching awards. After nearly a decade in academia, she returned home to work alongside her mentor, Dr. Summerlin.

Dr. Clark has provided 100s of continuing education courses, including those for the American Dental Association, Chicago Midwinter, Academy of General Dentistry, National Dental Association, and numerous state dental associations. She is a delegate for the Indianapolis District Dental Society, the oral pathology advisor for the Academy of General Dentistry, a board member of Digital Dental Notes and Oral Cancer Cause, and a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and International College of Dentists.
